Does money drive you or drain you? In an era of innovative and agile work, University of Queensland School of Pyschology research is interested in finding out how employees are affected by financial incentives in the workplace.
Researchers are seeking a variety of working adults who are entitled to pay-for-performance schemes (such as bonuses, commission, and employee awards) to help answer these important questions.
This knowledge will make an important contribution to the study psychology, as the research aims to understanf what working conditions are conducive to optimal health and success. This research has practical implications for organisations and individuals, as it may change the way we design workplace systems for performance and wellbeing.
Participate in the study
You are invited to participate in a short two-part survey, separated by one month. Part 1 will take 20 minutes and Part 2 will take just 5 minutes to complete.
After participating in the survey, you will receive a handy tip sheet, a copy of the research findings, and you will also have the chance to win a financial incentive (one of three $200 gift cards). Please note that Part 1 of this survey will remain open for two weeks only (from 24the June - 8th July 2016).
