Agenda:

As a teacher, you will manage many professional relationships in the course of your work – including with students, parents and colleagues.

Experienced Teacher Karin McKenzie will explore best-practice strategies to build positive professional relationships. The session will particularly discuss how to navigate challenging scenarios through the use of non-confrontational solutions and ensure the best outcomes for students. By attending this workshop, beginning teachers will learn how to build positive professional relationships while remaining empowered to be themselves in the classroom.
