Think or know that you are feeling burned out…

People in ‘helping’ professions such as education can tend to be at greater risk of burnout, and this can lead to compassion fatigue or vice versa.

Burnout is a term used when your body, mind and soul slows down, and is often caused by overworking and high levels of prolonged stress.

This session assists in identifying the symptoms, recognizing the triggers arising from your professional responsibilities and looks at mechanisms and strategies to avoid burnout and the associated risks to health, performance capacity and relationships.
