With a focus on examining proactive and reactive behaviour and classroom management strategies, the workshop aims to empower participants to adapt these strategies in their own classrooms. The workshop will also explore the importance of teachers considering their own wellbeing and putting in place mechanisms to support this.

The session will have a particular focus on students in the middle years of schooling (years 6-9).
