IEUA-QNT is shaping a fairer future. As a union we are ensuring our early childhood centres are rewarding workplaces that uphold fair and equitable working conditions.

In the face of the state government's inadequate proposed Kindergarten Funding Scheme, it is important that we work together to achieve a fair outcome that ensures no kindergarten is left with a shortfall; in its current form the scheme would see most community kindergartens left with a funding shortfall equating to about $400 per child per year.
