Equity Committee

The IEUA-QNT Equity Committee develops and coordinates organsing, education and industrial campaigns on contemporary equity issues that make a positive difference to the work/life experiences of our members.

We also implement strategies to recruit and retain women members; identify equity issues for inclusion in collective bargaining; build women member networks, and work to enhance our political and campaigning capacity.
