INDIGENOUS EDUCATION 

The IEUA believes that critical attention is required in relation to a wide range of Indigenous Issues. The IEUA policy endorsed in principle by Annual Council supports the development of different structures and models that take into account the needs of Indigenous students and their particular communities that are appropriate to the context.

The IEUA draft policy for consultation and discussion with members will be reviewed by the Federal Executive in July 2009.  The policy received 'in principle' support by the Annual Conference on 2 April and can be viewed by clicking here.
