Union Shopper is a discount shopping service established by unions over 30 years ago to provide our associated members with discounts and savings on a wide range of products and services through Union Shopper preferred suppliers. Union Shopper is 100% union-owned and uses its collective bargaining power to provide members with significant benefits. Depending on your purchase, you could save hundreds of dollars every year.

Who can use Union Shopper?

If you are a financial member of one of our participating Unions you are able to use the service. Did you know you can also nominate your partner to use our service on your behalf? Complete the online authorisation form available at: www.unionshopper.com.au/authorise or contact your Union office for details. Members may also be unaware that Union Shopper is happy for you to purchase on behalf of your family and friends.

How to use Union Shopper
Using Union Shopper is hassle free and as easy as 1,2,3.

Here is what you do -

Step 1	Shop around for the product you wish to purchase and be ready to buy.
Step 2	Call Union Shopper on 1300 368 117 with the product details including the brand name, model number, best price and store name. You will also need your union membership details. For some services you will be referred directly to a preferred supplier at the time of your first call.
Step 3	Let Union Shopper do the rest. A Union Shopper consultant will call you back, usually within 24 hours to advise of the best price available. When the order is placed, the supplier will contact you directly to arrange your preferred payment method, pick up or delivery time.

While Union Shopper endeavours to provide members with accurate information at the time of quoting, advice to members regarding stock availability is indicative only and not a guarantee. Whenever contacting our preferred suppliers, remember to identify yourself as a Union Shopper member, and have your Union ID/Membership Card ready.

Member's full name Residential address (no PO Boxes) Mailing address (PO Box accepted)

Home phone number Name of your Union Union membership number
